The mission of Leiran Law Offices is plain and simple: to provide high quality, essential legal services most often needed by the ordinary, average Minnesotan, family, or small business and to do so for a reasonable and affordable price.
By “high quality,” we mean that founder Kevin Leiran is experienced, highly competent attorney. Kevin spent seven years honing his skills with David M. Jacobs, P.A., a Minneapolis estate planning/probate law firm.
By “essential legal services,” we mean the type of legal services most often needed by Minnesotans and their families:

- child custody and support
- DUI/DWI defense
- civil litigation - including personal injury, debt collection, construction law, contractual disputes, and employment matters
By “reasonable and affordable price,” we mean that all prospective clients receive a free 30 minute initial consultation with us and that, should you elect to retain us, legal services are performed for a low flat fee or hourly rate or on a fair contingency basis. Better yet, our rates are open and transparent (and published on this website) so that you’ll know right up front what to expect in terms of cost.
We encourage you to shop around and compare prices. Most lawyers and firms in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metropolitan area will charge significantly more – perhaps double or more – to perform identical legal services. The prices these lawyers and firms charge reflect the way in which they choose to conduct their practices - armies of salaried staff, pricey high-rise office space, palatial-like furnishings, artwork, and mammoth libraries – all costs that are passed along to their clients.
Leiran Law Offices is able to handle your legal needs for less, because we do not employ staff, we maintain a modest office, and we take full advantage of modern technology. We do our own typing, virtually all legal research is done on the computer, and we manage documents electronically to the full extent possible. All of this results in a reduced cost of doing business that we pass along to you – the client.
